An elegant thought from Head Chocolatier, Nicholas, sparked our 2025 Valentine’s Day Collection: “We use the language of chocolate to speak poetry.” Our Confections team’s sweeping ode to seven forms of love (from the “Enchanting” first glance, to “Comforting” mature love), is expressed through a poetry-and-chocolate pairing. Lyrical stanzas from seven canonical works of poetry inform seven fanciful, hand-crafted confection varieties, presented as a guided flavor exploration of love’s dimensions.
